ISLERS DIVING, INC.

Propeller adaptor for Maxprop™ feathering propellers.

Feathering Maxprop™ with standard anode. The anode is attached with three screws on the outer edge of the anode.

MPA Propeller Adaptor attached to a typical feathering propeller with a standard cone anode with a central screw attachment. This central fastener makes for longer anode life as the anode has to uniformly corrode from the outside before the zinc looses its bond with the adaptor. This system provides up to three times longer anodic protection than the standard anode.

MPA Prop Adaptor at left and MPA Prop Adaptor with attached cone zinc anode at right.  The MPA adaptors come in three sizes, 63, 70 and 83 .  They are designed to match the standard hole and screw patterns of the Maxprop feathering propeller.  This makes no modification of the propeller necessary, just line up holes and tighten attachment screws supplied.

Our MPA Propeller Adaptor is made of high quality marine alloy and was developed over many years of in-water marine corrosion control.

 To order:

First determine which size of anode your propeller uses

by locating the size designation on the interior of the original zinc.

Then match this measurement with one of the MPA adaptors (63,70 & 83).
